  • High-Growth Environment: Thrive in an innovative, fast-expanding company with untapped potential.

What You'll Actually Do
As a Territory Manager, you won't just be managing a pipeline from a spreadsheet; you will be the face of NOCD in your community. Your primary mission is to get out into the field, open doors, and build genuine, lasting relationships with behavioral health prescribers, clinicians, and health systems throughout your market.
You will be meeting face-to-face with healthcare providers to challenge outdated referral habits and educate them on the life-changing power of ERP therapy. You are a strategic partner, not just a salesperson. You will leverage data and deep knowledge of the behavioral healthcare industry to have sophisticated, high-impact conversations that show providers exactly how NOCD fits into their existing ecosystem. You'll strategically map out your territory to maximize your impact. This is a high-autonomy, high-impact role where your drive to meet monthly patient quotas directly translates to more people getting the specialized mental health care they desperately need.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 2+ years of sales or business development experience
  • A lifelong learner who takes feedback as fuel. You don't need to know everything about healthcare sales on day one, but you must be ready to learn it fast.
  • A purpose-driven professional who wants their daily work to have a tangible impact, connecting their sales hustle directly to life-saving clinical outcomes for members.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.

Compensation:
This is a base + commission role with a Year 1 On-Target Earnings of $120,000-130,000
Shape the Future of OCD Care
Join NOCD and help lead a movement that's redefining mental health treatment. If you bring a Challenger mindset and passion for improving patient outcomes, we want to hear from you.
Additional Notes: This role's responsibilities may evolve to meet business needs. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions. Must have a valid driver's license.
