Project Manager - Multi-Family (Columbus) Location: Columbus, Ohio Compensation: $115,000 – $140,000 / year + Bonus (Dependent on experience) | Relocation Assistance Available About the Role Looking to grow your career with an Employee-Owned (ESOP) company? We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of multi-family housing projects in the Columbus market, from initial site setup to final close-out. What You'll Do

  • Project Leadership: Drive the successful, cost-effective execution of multi-family developments.
  • Team Management: Direct and train site personnel, manage performance, and resolve on-site issues.
  • Client Relations: Act as a dedicated customer sponsor to maintain top-tier relationships.
  • Communication: Clearly present project information to management, regulatory agencies, and the public. What We’re Looking For
  • Experience: Previous PM experience in multi-family housing construction is required (Commercial or K–12 background is a valued bonus).
  • Portfolio: Must submit a multi-family project list with your application.
  • Education: 4-year degree, 2–4 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination.
  • Tech Skills: Intermediate Word/Excel skills, plus the ability to master Procore.
  • Analytical: Able to read complex financial/legal documents, establish facts, and solve problems. Physical Requirements
  • Frequently: Stand, walk, and sit.
  • Regularly: Talk, hear, see, and use hands to handle materials.
