Job description

CT Technologist – Imaging

Schedule - Shift: Monday–Thursday; options of 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM - Fridays off - No weekends, no call required

Requirements - Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist - Siemens CT experience required - Travel experience required; first-time travelers not accepted - Required certifications: ARRT CT, BLS - Key technical skills: Siemens CT operation - Contrast preparation/administration - Start peripheral IVs, venipuncture - Radiation safety and isolation precautions - Common CT exams: head, chest, abdomen/pelvis, vascular/CTA, cardiac, sinuses, spine, pediatrics - 3D rendering/MPR and ROI measurements - Familiarity with Epic charting system

Roles & Responsibilities - Perform CT scans and assist in patient care during imaging procedures. - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and patient safety. - Maintain and operate imaging equipment according to safety standards. - Administer contrast materials and start IVs as necessary. - Follow radiation safety protocols and ensure compliance with isolation precautions.

Compliance / Notes - Orientation: 80 hours - Required vaccinations: Flu (medical exemptions only) - Candidates must complete fingerprinting process as per compliance requirements
