Primary Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive janitorial tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces throughout the dealership facility.
  • Clean and maintain service shop areas, ensuring all bays are thoroughly swept and toolboxes are meticulously cleaned.
  • Conduct detailed cleaning of equipment such as tire and brake rotor machines along with other machinery like AC units and battery chargers.
  • Dispose of all trash, tires, batteries and spare parts by transporting them to their designated disposal areas.
  • Empty used oil and coolant containers in accordance with the proper disposal guidelines.
  • Ensure restroom facilities are clean, well-stocked, and sanitized multiplies during shift.
  • Assist with special projects as assigned, such as deep cleaning of carpets, service shop ceiling, windows or other dealership areas.
  • Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with other dealership staff to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
  • Keep entry-ways presentable and clear of debris and snow during.
Automotive Shop Caddy Requirements
  • Ability to work Monday-Thursday 4pm-12am and rotating Friday or Saturday 8am-8pm.
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Previous experience as industrial cleaning or similar role for one year.
  • Physically able to perform assigned tasks (walking and standing for prolonged periods, lifting up to 80 pounds and working in all types of weather).
  • Consent to a background check and drug screening.
  • Have a valid driver's license with no major violations.
