  • Provide all estimating support for global capital projects
  • Lead the estimating charter on assigned capital programs
  • Ensure estimating policies and procedures are applied and adhered to
  • Manage third-party Quantity Surveying and Estimating firms
  • Review and validate construction cost estimates
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to executive management and stakeholders
  • Conduct local market research and lead risk assessments
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Management, Engineering, or related fields
  • 6+ years of experience in construction, estimating, cost engineering, project management, or design engineering
  • 2+ years of experience in Semiconductor Industry, Petro-Chemical, Refineries, Pulp and Paper, Heavy Industrial industry, or high-tech experience
  • Professional certifications such as RICS or AACE
