Job Summary – Critical Care Float Pool RN (Nights)
- Provide nursing care in various Intensive Care Units (ICUs) including Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, Medical ICU (MICU), Cardiology/Diagnostics, CVICU, and NCCU.
- Work night shifts (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM), three 12-hour shifts per week (36 hours total).
- Float between ICUs based on staffing needs and patient acuity, per hospital float policy.
- Deliver high-quality patient care to critically ill patients with diverse medical needs.
- Utilize EPIC for electronic medical records documentation and patient management.
- Perform essential skills including IV insertion, telemetry monitoring, and ventilator management.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including compliance with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and strong clinical judgment in dynamic care environments.
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred.
