As a new standalone joint venture established by two global leaders in renewable energy, we've rapidly grown to over 1,500 associates and are now fully operational in our 1.1 million-square-foot factory. Job Summary

Illuminate USA is seeking a hands-on and motivated IT Intern to join our Information Technology team. This internship is a great opportunity for a student currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field who is looking to gain practical experience in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

As an IT Intern, you'll support day-to-day IT operations, assist associates across the facility, and contribute to technical projects that enhance our systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Assist with setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.

Support user account creation, access requests, and password resets.

Document IT support activities and help maintain the knowledge base.

Assist with system updates, backups, and IT maintenance tasks.

Help with hardware and software rollouts across the facility.

Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.

Work with the IT team on infrastructure and security-related projects.

Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of IT.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong interest in IT operations, troubleshooting, and technical support.

Basic understanding of Windows operating systems, networking, and computer hardware.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Active Directory is a plus.

Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with others.
