• Serve as a visible and credible ambassador for UCO, effectively communicating the organization’s story, impact, and value proposition.

• Oversee operational excellence across production, materials management, quality systems, inventory practices, and workplace safety programs.

• Promote a workplace culture that supports employees with developmental disabilities through respect, inclusion, and meaningful employment opportunities.

• Use performance metrics and data-informed decision-making to drive continuous improvement and organizational effectiveness.

• A leader who can engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including board members, business executives, community leaders, managers, and production associates.

• A data-informed decision-maker with experience establishing goals, monitoring outcomes, and improving performance.

• A people-focused executive, committed to developing leaders, strengthening teams, and building a supportive, improvement-oriented culture.

• A leader who values inclusion and demonstrates respect for individuals with developmental disabilities and the communities that support them.

Qualifications
