What You’ll Do:
  • Operate and monitor molding machines safely and efficiently
  • Trim, weigh, and inspect molded parts for quality
  • Follow all company compliance and safety procedures
  • Keep work area clean and organized following 5S standards
 
What We’re Looking For: 
  • Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience required
  • Strong attention to detail, manual dexterity, and basic math skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain a steady production pace 
  • Basic computer skills 
  • High School Diploma or GED required
