What your day looks like
  • Configure and stage molds for injection molding machines, confirming all specifications prior to release.
  • Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues affecting molds or presses to minimize downtime.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to verify correct tooling, orientation, and setup parameters.
  • Partner with teammates to refine setup workflows and improve overall efficiency.
