Job Title: Injection Mold Operator
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Bessemer City, NC
Pay: $18.00 per hour
Shift: 9pm-5am  Sunday- Thursday

Job Summary
We are seeking dependable and motivated Injection Mold Operators to join our manufacturing team in Bessemer City, NC. This position is responsible for operating injection molding equipment, inspecting finished products, and ensuring quality standards are met while maintaining a safe and efficient production environment. The ideal candidate has manufacturing experience, a strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing quality products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and monitor injection molding machines to ensure efficient production
  • Inspect finished products to verify quality standards and specifications are met
  • Perform basic machine troubleshooting and minor adjustments as needed
  • Remove finished parts, trim excess material, and package products as required
  • Maintain accurate production records and documentation
  • Report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety issues to supervisors
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
  • Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals
