Position Overview:
Harper Operating Company is seeking a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to support multiple McDonald's restaurant locations. This role is responsible for maintaining equipment, facilities, and systems to ensure restaurants operate safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on restaurant equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems (experience preferred) • Maintain fryers, grills, beverage equipment, ice machines, and kitchen equipment • Perform plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repairs as needed
- Conduct preventative maintenance inspections
- Respond quickly to equipment or facility issues at restaurant locations
- Maintain building systems including lighting, doors, parking lot, and general facility upkeep
- Ensure all work follows McDonald's safety and operational standards
- Maintain clean and organized maintenance areas and vehicles
Qualifications:
- HVAC or Refrigeration experience preferred but not required
- Experience in commercial maintenance, mechanical repair, or facilities maintenance • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage service calls
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in restaurant environments
