Are you passionate about golf and the great outdoors? Do you have a green thumb and enjoy maintaining beautiful landscapes? The Links at Echo Springs is seeking a dedicated Golf Course Maintenance Worker/General Laborer to help us keep our course in top shape!

Responsibilities:

  • Lawn Maintenance:
    • Mow greens, fairways, and rough areas using specialized equipment.
    • Trim grass around bunkers, trees, and other obstacles.
    • Maintain tee boxes and ensure they are level and well-groomed.
  • Landscaping:
    • Plant and care for trees, shrubs, and flowers.
    • Keep flower beds and landscape features looking pristine.
  • Bunker Care:
    • Rake bunkers to ensure consistent sand distribution.
    • Repair divots and ball marks.
  • Equipment Operation:
    • Safely operate mowers, tractors, and other grounds keeping equipment.
    • Follow safety protocols and guidelines.
  • General Maintenance:
    • Assist with special projects, such as aerating greens or overseeding.
    • Maintain tools and equipment.
  • Team Player:
    • Collaborate with other workers and golf course staff.
    • Be reliable and punctual.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or related field preferred but not necessary.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift heavy objects.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a beautiful golf course.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Pay Rate: $18/hr
