  • Drive operational consistency across regions while allowing for market-specific nuances
  • Lead resolution of complex escalations related to payroll, worker classification, compliance, and program performance
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and insights to support client decision-making

Global Team Leadership

  • Lead, coach, and develop a global team (17+) across service delivery, account management, and operations
  • Partner with regional leads (North America, EMEA) to ensure alignment, accountability, and performance
  • Build a strong, collaborative team culture focused on accountability, continuous improvement, and client success
  • Oversee organizational design and resource planning to support program growth

Transformation, Innovation & Expansion

  • Support and execute the global program roadmap, including new capability launches and market expansion
  • Lead enterprise-wide change management initiatives to drive adoption of new processes, tools, and service models
  • Identify and implement process improvements, automation, and technology enhancements
  • Drive expansion into new regions and capabilities in alignment with client strategy

Compliance, Risk & Governance

  • Serve as operational compliance lead, ensuring compliance with all applicable labor laws, classification standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain strong governance across payroll, onboarding, classification, and vendor engagement processes
  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to proactively identify and mitigate risks
