We are seeking a Full Stack Developer - Advanced to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in full stack architecture, cloud-native development, CI/CD, TDD, and Agile delivery and a proven ability to deliver resilient, secure, and scalable applications across complex enterprise environments.

Responsibilities:-

  • Design, develop, and maintain full stack solutions across multiple operating systems and infrastructures for large-scale programs.
  • Lead and mentor Agile teams, establish engineering best practices, and coach peers in core technical skills.
  • Implement and optimize Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines with automated testing.
  • Apply Test-Driven Development and secure coding practices to deliver resilient, performant applications.
  • Architect and deliver cloud-native services with attention to observability, reliability, and scalability.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and guide their adoption to meet business objectives.
  • Contribute to engineering communities of practice and represent engineering through presentations or publications as appropriate.

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • Expertise in full stack development using one or more of: Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, or similar frameworks, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tooling, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Strong knowledge of TDD, security principles, resiliency patterns, and cloud development.
  • Demonstrated leadership in Agile practices and team cultivation.
  • Experience working across large, multi-platform enterprise environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 7+ years in relevant software engineering roles.

Preferred Skills:-

  • Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and container orchestration.
  • Background in enterprise-scale observability, SRE practices, and Agile/Scrum delivery.
