Job description

Job Title: Full Stack Lead (WordPress, PHP, React.JS)
Location: Burbank, CA or Orlando, FL (Onsite from day one)

Duration: Long Term

Mandatory skill:  WordPress, PHP, React, HTML , CSS & Java Script. AWS, GIT .
Good to have Knowledge on S3 , Web server management, SSL Rotation. Good to have prior experience in support and ticketing tool like service now, JIRA.
Full Stack Development:
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using WordPress, PHP (Laravel or Core), and ReactJS.
Integrate APIs and third-party services to enhance application functionality.
Optimize performance across front-end and back-end components.
Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
Ability to learn and support COTS and SaaS Applications
Support Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a support team handling bug fixes, enhancements, and client queries.
Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
Should have a clear understanding and working experience in SDLC, CI/CD, Agile & Sprint programs.
Ability to Co-ordination with Application and Platform teams, Hyper-Care support, Performance optimization, Unit Test & Integration test support
Mentor and support other colleagues and L2 team for L3 Technical delivery
Managing services SLAs like availability (proactive monitoring) and incident resolutions as per SLAs 
Strong client-facing role at the customer location or remotely.
Project Collaboration:
Work closely with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers.
Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Ensure code quality, security, and maintainability.
Required Skills & Experience:
8+ years of experience in Full Stack Development.


Strong proficiency in:
WordPress (custom themes, plugins, REST API)
PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Core PHP)
ReactJS (Hooks, Redux, component-based architecture)
Experience in JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery for dynamic, responsive UI development
Experience with MySQL, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
Proven experience in leading support or development teams.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
