What are some common challenges Full Stack Development Instructors face when supporting students with diverse technical backgrounds?

Full Stack Development Instructors often work with students who have varying levels of prior coding experience. A common challenge is balancing the pace of lessons to ensure beginners aren’t left behind while still engaging more advanced students. Instructors address this by providing differentiated instruction, offering supplemental resources, and fostering a collaborative classroom environment where peer learning is encouraged. Additionally, adapting to different learning styles and keeping up with evolving technologies are essential parts of the role.

What does a Full Stack Development Instructor do?

A Full Stack Development Instructor teaches students how to build both the front-end and back-end components of web applications. They cover topics like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, databases, and server-side programming. Instructors design lessons, provide hands-on coding exercises, and guide students through real-world projects to ensure a thorough understanding of full stack development. They also offer feedback, mentorship, and support to help students succeed in launching their tech careers.

What is the difference between Full Stack Development Instructor vs Web Developer?

Search & Comparison IntentUnderstanding teaching roles, certifications, and training focusJob responsibilities, skills, and industry applications

While both roles require strong web development skills, a Full Stack Development Instructor primarily focuses on teaching and curriculum development in educational settings. In contrast, a Web Developer applies coding skills directly to build and maintain websites or applications. The roles overlap in technical knowledge but differ in work environment and primary responsibilities.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Full Stack Development Instructor, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Full Stack Development Instructor, you need deep knowledge of front-end and back-end programming languages (such as JavaScript, HTML/CSS, Python, or Java), software development principles, and often a relevant degree or industry experience. Familiarity with tools like version control systems (Git), development frameworks (React, Node.js, Django), and learning management systems (LMS) is typically required. Strong communication, patience, and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly are standout soft skills for this role. These competencies ensure students gain practical coding skills and confidence, leading to effective learning outcomes in a fast-evolving tech environment.

Job description

Senior Full Stack Engineer, AI-First Platform

About the Company

One of the fastest-growing lenders in the country, founded by an industry veteran and backed by a technology team that ships production code daily. This is not a company talking about AI. They are running it in production across a platform that moves real money and real decisions at scale. Engineers here work on problems that matter, with tooling most teams are still debating whether to adopt.

Compensation and Work Environment

  • Salary: Competitive, based on experience
  • Location: Hybrid or fully remote
  • Full-time, exempt. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

    The Role

You will be a core engineer on a team automating a complex, high-stakes transactional platform end to end. The system you are building connects multiple third-party services through event-driven architecture, applies LLMs to document understanding and decisioning, and ships agentic workflows directly into production. This is not AI bolted onto an existing product. It is the product.

    What You Will Build

  • Agentic workflows that connect LLMs, OCR, and rules engines to automate high-stakes decisioning at scale
  • LLM-powered document understanding pipelines with confidence scoring, structured extraction, and human-in-the-loop review queues
  • Event-driven back-end automation connecting multiple third-party APIs and vendor services
  • Full stack features across broker-facing portals and internal platforms: APIs, integrations, and the front-end surfaces that expose them
  • AI-driven condition analysis, automated decisioning layers, and explainability systems built to regulatory standards
  • Eval harnesses, regression detection, and pass/fail gates that hold AI-generated output to the same bar as human-written code

    AI-First Development (Non-Negotiable)

This team builds AI-first. Every engineer uses AI coding tools daily, including Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or equivalent, as a core workflow multiplier, not occasional autocomplete. You will decompose work into agentic tasks, critically review and harden AI-generated code, and ship AI directly into the product. Be prepared to walk through real examples in the interview, including a live AI-paired coding exercise.

    What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional full stack development with strong back-end fundamentals in TypeScript/Node.js, Python, React, Java, or C#/.NET
  • Production experience integrating LLM APIs such as Anthropic, OpenAI, or Azure OpenAI, including RAG, structured outputs, prompt pipelines, and agentic tool use shipped in real systems, not demos
  • Extensive experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services at scale
  • Cloud experience in AWS and/or Azure, including Lambda/Functions, queues, containers, and CI/CD
  • Daily, demonstrable use of AI coding tools. This is non-negotiable.

    Nice to Have

  • Eval-driven development: you have built labeled eval sets, measured accuracy and drift, and treat how do we know it is right as a first-class engineering question
  • Experience in regulated environments where a wrong output is a compliance event, not just a bug
  • Mortgage, fintech, or lending technology experience: LOS platforms, broker portals, AUS integrations, or disclosure and doc-prep systems
  • Rules engine or decision-table experience such as Drools or similar
  • Document AI or OCR pipeline work

Benefits: medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO. Noor Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Physical Requirements: standing, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs occasionally, with or without accommodation.
