Flooring Sales Specialist 

Salary: $40,000 – $45,000 / year (plus uncapped earning potential/commission)
Type: Full-time

As the Columbus area continues to grow, so does our team and we’re looking for a driven, outgoing, and motivated individual to join us as a Flooring Sales Specialist.

What You'll Do:

  • Help customers find the right flooring solutions in-store, by phone, or email
  • Build lasting relationships with clients and vendors
  • Create quotes, orders, and invoices using ERP software
  • Manage customer payments and handle transactions
  • Stay organized and maintain a clean, welcoming showroom
  • Grow your product knowledge and become the expert your customers trust
What We're Looking For:

  • Great communication skills; friendly, clear, and professional
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
  • Comfortable with computers, Microsoft Office, and basic math
  • Sales or flooring experience is a plus but we’re happy to train the right person
  • Positive attitude, problem-solver, and a team player
