Job description

One of the fastest-growing companies in Central Texas is seeking a confident, self-motivated, full-time administrative assistant to perform administrative and office tasks under the supervision of office management.

The ideal candidate for this position:

  • has excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a stellar “can do” attitude.
  • has high emotional intelligence.
  • has a sense of urgency to get things done.
  • can take direction and work independently with little or no supervision.
  • has strong computer skills and is familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
  • is detail-oriented and capable of entering data into our flooring software (RFMS)
  • a team player

Responsibilities will include:

  • answering phones, checking the mail, and greeting prospective clients.
  • placing material orders and scheduling deliveries daily.
  • becoming proficient in the use of our flooring software (RFMS) in the areas of processing orders, scheduling jobs, processing installer payouts, posting client payments and monitoring profit margins for each job.
  • corresponding with vendors, project managers, management, and clients daily.
  • managing the daily flow of paperwork to ensure that all entities are handled in a timely manner.
  • managing the clerical/administrative aspects of establishing business entities.
  • printing, organizing, and filing project documents, purchase orders and invoices.
  • performing administrative and office tasks as needed.

Prior experience in the flooring industries is required. Training will be provided, but candidates must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay:

Starting Annual Salary of $52,000 to $62,000 (BOE)
