ABOUT OUR AGENCY:We opened our first office in 2020 and expanded with a second location in 2025. We currently have a team of five, and we work closely across both offices to create a fun, supportive environment where people feel valued and motivated to grow.
I'm a third-generation State Farm agent and have been with the company for 13 years. I graduated from Capital University where I played football, and outside of work I'm a husband, a dad to a two-year-old daughter, and we have another baby on the way. I'm also in a cover band and love spending time outdoors whenever I can.
We're looking for someone hardworking, coachable, positive, and reliable, with strong communication skills and a desire to build a long-term career. If you want to be part of a team that's growing, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable to work with, we'd love to connect.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jake Breakey - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
  • Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred but not required.
