Job description

About the Role

We’re looking for a UX Designer to help evolve a design system and deliver exceptional user experiences across our products.

This is an ideal opportunity for a designer with 2–3 years of experience who wants to grow in a structured, design-system-first environment. Many foundational decisions are already in place, so you can focus on thoughtful design work, refining components and patterns, and making a meaningful impact.

You’ll design and iterate on components, patterns, and prototypes while guiding both internal and external designers in applying our design system. You’ll also champion accessibility, inclusive design, and a strong culture of collaboration and feedback.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design Projects Create interactive prototypes for websites and design system components/patterns. Refine designs based on user testing, feedback, and usability data. Continuously iterate to ensure optimal user experiences.
  • Design Leadership Guide external designers by promoting our user experience philosophy, guidelines, and best practices for design system components.
  • Foster Collaboration & Feedback Conduct design reviews and gather feedback from internal and external teams to maintain design excellence and alignment.
  • Accessibility & Inclusivity Advocate for inclusive design practices and ensure the system meets accessibility standards for diverse users.
  • Documentation Create and maintain clear documentation for the design system, including component guidelines, usage instructions, and best practices for designers and developers.
  • Design System Ownership Maintain and evolve our design system in Figma — keeping components, patterns, and documentation accurate and up to date.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of professional UX/UI design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Figma
  • Experience working with or contributing to a design system
  • Solid understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles
  • Ability to create interactive prototypes and iterate based on feedback and data
  • Strong communication skills and comfort providing design guidance to others
  • Collaborative mindset with experience participating in design reviews

Nice to Have

  • Experience maintaining design system files and documentation
  • Familiarity with component-based design and design tokens
  • Background working with both internal product teams and external partners/agencies
