JOB DESCRIPTION

Shape the future of digital payments by building customer-first bill pay experiences that are simple, reliable, and valuable. In this role, you will lead teams that deliver innovative features and measurable improvements for customers.

As a Product Director bill pay in the Bill pay team, you lead innovation through the development and delivery of features that improve how customers pay, manage, and track bills. You set product vision and roadmap priorities, guide delivery across the product life cycle, and remove barriers for cross-functional teams. You also build a culture of continuous improvement by coaching product talent and using data and customer insights to drive decisions.

Job responsibilities

  • Oversee the product roadmap, vision, development, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
  • Lead the product life cycle through planning, execution, and ongoing evolution by adapting methods, managing risks, and delivering targets such as cost, features, reusability, and reliability.
  • Coach and mentor product managers on best practices including discovery, research, ideation, prototyping, adoption strategies, and delivery.
  • Own product performance and prioritize enhancements that deliver customer value and business objectives.
  • Monitor market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities to differentiate the bill pay experience.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Eight or more years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications.
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to set strategy and influence adoption of key product practices, including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Experience driving change and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Recognized thought leader within financial services.
