What You’ll Do:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, handling questions, comments, and complaints across phone, email, live chat, and in-person interactions
  • Listen to and fully understand resident concerns, then provide timely and effective resolutions – following up to confirm issues are fully resolved
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services to accurately and confidently inform residents
  • Review and manage resident accounts, making updates as needed
  • Manage and resolve specialized compliance and data-related issues, including administration of the Credit Reporting Error Resolution process (e.g., E-Oscar)
  • Serve as the primary support specialist for the Rentistry program – ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and a high level of service for participating clients and residents
  • Investigate and resolve client and resident issues specific to the Rentistry program, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Complete operational and administrative tasks necessary to maintain accuracy, compliance, and overall program success
  • Retrieve and distribute incoming mail in a timely manner
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by identifying and suggesting process improvements
