Outpatient Therapist
Licking County| Full-Time
Help People Find Hope, Healing, and a Path Forward.
Behavioral Healthcare Partners (BHP) is seeking a compassionate Outpatient Therapist to provide person-centered behavioral health services to children, adolescents, and adults. You'll provide therapy, support recovery, and help clients build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
What You'll Do
  • Provide individual, group, family, and telehealth counseling.
  • Conduct behavioral health and risk assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide crisis intervention and coordinate higher levels of care when needed.
  • Monitor client progress and update treatment plans.
  • Connect clients with community resources and coordinate transitions of care.
  • Collaborate with providers, families, schools, hospitals, courts, and community partners.
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and electronic health records.
  • Participate in supervision, team meetings, quality improvement, and professional development.

What We're Looking For
Required:
  • Valid Ohio LSW or LPC license
  • Bachelor's degree with an acceptable entry-level license or master's degree in social work or counseling
  • Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Preferred:
  • LISW or LPCC
  • One to three years of behavioral health therapy experience
  • Experience working with individuals with serious mental illness
  • Experience with evidence-based treatment and crisis intervention
