Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of promotional events and customer engagement initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals looking to begin a career in event coordination while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events.
  • Support event setup, execution, and breakdown activities.
  • Welcome attendees and provide professional assistance.
  • Organize event materials, displays, and supplies.
  • Help coordinate event logistics and daily activities.
  • Maintain organized event spaces throughout promotional events.
  • Gather attendee feedback to support future event improvements.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure successful event execution.
  • Represent the company professionally during promotional events.
