Program Assistant (Part-Time)

Senior Star is seeking a Part-Time Program Assistant
Every Other Saturday | 9:00 AM - 4:30 PM

As a Program Assistant, you'll help bring our community to life through engaging programs, meaningful interactions, celebrations, and experiences that help residents live fully and thrive. Through Legendary Hospitality and Obsessive Hospitality, you'll create purposeful moments that make Senior Star feel like home.
What You'll Do
• Assist with planning, coordinating, and leading resident activities, events, and wellness programs
• Encourage participation and build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Prepare supplies, decorations, and materials for programs, special events, and holiday celebrations
• Support resident wellness by creating opportunities for social engagement, purpose, and connection
• Participate in activities and help create an energetic, welcoming environment
• Maintain activity records and assist with program documentation
• Partner with fellow associates to ensure residents experience the highest level of hospitality and service
