Job description

Speak with voters and help make their voices heard!
Revolution Field Strategies is seeking canvassers to participate in door to door canvassing programs in the Columbus, Ohio area. As a canvasser, you will go door to door and speak with local voters about the upcoming election, and their plan to vote.
  • Entry-level position, no experience necessary
  • Canvassers earn $22-$26/hr or up to $900+ per week, paid WEEKLY
  • Paid training provided
  • We provide gas stipends for every shift worked
  • We are looking for leadership! Promotions available!

Canvassing with Revolution Field Strategies is right for you if:
  • You want to impact change in your community and state by helping members of your community get out to vote. This is a great way to get involved and support voter participation!
  • You're looking for flexible hours. You can choose which days you work each week and can work part-time or full time.
  • This is an ideal entry level job to gain critical professional experience. We have a team of veteran leadership to learn from in order to jumpstart your career in community outreach, civic engagement, or any other field.

The location for this position will be in person: Columbus, OH
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Must have the physical stamina to stand/walk for long periods (up to 6 hours per day) while meeting and talking to people
  • Ability to memorize and recite scripts and statements prepared and provided
  • Consistently meet daily and weekly conversation goals
  • Understand how to use a cell phone to track and submit data
  • Must have access to reliable personal transportation

Compensation
This is an hourly position with an hourly rate of $22-$26. Canvassers are eligible to work up to 40 hours per week.
