Job DetailsJob Location: Grove City, OH 43123Position Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: 10 - 20%The Buckeye Ranch is seeking a Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) to join our DEI department. The Director of DEI champions connection, promotes inclusion, and drives initiatives that strengthen belonging across the organization. This position will design and implement initiatives responsible for incorporating inclusion, diversity, and belonging topics and best practices into relevant programs and organizational initiatives. The role ensures compliance with internal policies and external inclusion regulations.

QualificationsWho you are:
  • You have a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • You have at least three years of DEI working experience.
