Job description

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be an early-career banking professional with recent hands-on experience processing disputes and/or chargebacks. Candidates with direct experience keying chargebacks, applying Mastercard rules, working with Reg E, and supporting transaction investigations will be especially strong fits.


Key Requirements

  • We are primarily looking for fresh graduates, internship candidates, or candidates with 0–3 years of relevant experience.
  • Candidates should have recent experience in disputes processing, preferably within the last few years.
  • Experience keying and processing chargebacks is highly preferred, particularly hands-on experience working with Mastercard chargeback rules.
  • Candidates should be comfortable working with Regulation E (Reg E) and understand its application to consumer transaction disputes.
  • Recent experience in a transaction investigation, fraud investigation, or disputes investigation role is strongly preferred.
  • Candidates should have a basic understanding of banking operations, transaction processing, dispute resolution, and fraud investigation workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to review transaction information, identify discrepancies, and make accurate decisions are essential.
  • Candidates with 5+ years of experience may be considered overqualified for this role, as the position is targeted toward early-career candidates.
