Responsibilities:
  • Leverage existing industrial relationships and build strong broker, owner, and off-market network in Columbus, Ohio
  • Foster deep knowledge of the Columbus, Ohio industrial market - immerse yourself in the market-and stay ahead of it
  • Source industrial real estate acquisition opportunities independently
  • Underwrite cash flow models of potential acquisition opportunities confidently
  • Know how to evaluate underwriting levers, structures, risks, and returns
  • Communicate clearly and acquisitions through the pipeline with urgency
  • Consistent sourcing of qualified industrial acquisition opportunities
  • Strong, growing network of broker, owner, and market relationships

  • Experience underwriting industrial transactions
  • Highly skilled at multitasking
