  • Drive Amazon strategy and performance across multiple CPG brands, including growth plans, profitability, assortment, promotions, advertising, investment priorities, and marketplace protection.
  • Shape owned digital and DTC strategy, partnering with Brand teams to establish website priorities, evaluate DTC opportunities, and advance user experience, SEO, site performance, analytics, and conversion.
  • Lead retailer.com and retail media strategy, aligning customer and brand priorities and guiding investment decisions based on performance, opportunity, and expected business impact.
  • Establish Digital Commerce measurement and performance management, including KPIs, reporting standards, cross-channel performance reviews, and capabilities related to profitability, attribution, conversion, and marketing effectiveness.
  • Build organizational capabilities by identifying needs across technology, data, partners, talent, and processes and bringing emerging trends and best practices into business planning.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing Digital Commerce team, setting clear priorities and accountability while empowering subject matter experts to independently lead their areas.
  • Manage agency and strategic partner relationships, ensuring alignment, execution quality, optimization, and measurable performance.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Brand, Commercial, Finance, Creative, IT, Analytics, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to clarify ownership, resolve barriers, and advance Digital Commerce priorities.
  • Support budget and investment planning, using business performance, financial insights, and emerging opportunities to recommend priorities and tradeoffs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in Digital Commerce, eCommerce, Digital Marketing, or related disciplines, including people leadership.
  • Broad experience across Amazon, retailer.com/retail media, owned digital experiences, digital marketing, and performance measurement.
  • Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing agency or strategic partner relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and financial insights to shape strategy, prioritize investments, and drive business performance.

Leadership Profile

  • Builder & systems thinker who creates scalable capabilities and ways of working.
  • Strategic people leader who develops experts and empowers independent ownership.
  • Comfortable leading through ambiguity as priorities and organizational capabilities evolve.
  • Influential cross-functional partner who builds alignment without relying on direct authority.
  • Business-minded, curious, and adaptable, translating data and Digital Commerce expertise into clear recommendations and business outcomes.
