  • Write and optimize queries to extract and transform data from enterprise data platforms (e.g., SQL, Databricks)
  • Synthesize large, complex datasets into clear findings and recommendations for Finance and business stakeholders
  • Identify key drivers of performance across regions, roles, and client segments, and communicate insights effectively
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Alteryx
  • Develop and maintain datasets, data pipelines, and recurring analytics to support performance tracking
  • Support development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into sales and client performance
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and standardized processes
  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Field teams to support business reviews and ongoing performance management
  • Contribute to the definition and standardization of objectives and key results and other metrics
  • Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes through automation and improved tooling

  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to independently work with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and working with large relational datasets
  • Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Alteryx, or similar environments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
