Job Summary:

The Sales Strategy Support Analyst role involves analyzing sales performance data, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting actionable insights to enhance sales strategies in home lending.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decisions and drive innovation in home lending products and services.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data science, product, sales, and business stakeholders to develop and deploy business solutions by established timelines.
• Present analytical findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for sales performance metrics, addressing ad-hoc stakeholder inquiries and refining assumptions and KPI-tracking to align with business objectives.
• Conduct scenario and impact assessments to evaluate the operational and financial implications of strategic initiatives.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience in a data and analytical role
• Degree in a field such as management, statistics, computer science, business administration, or finance
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional skills in Excel for spreadsheet management. Demonstrated ability to develop complex formulas and create dynamic pivot tables.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies
