Responsibilities
  • You will develop, maintain, and manage detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 software
  • You will collaborate with Business Development and Preconstruction teams to create proposal and bid schedules
  • You will lead subcontractor schedule coordination meetings to secure agreement and commitments
  • You will input weekly schedule updates from project teams to analyze progress, changes, and forecasts
  • You will conduct onsite schedule update meetings with the project team and occasionally with subcontractors
  • You will perform jobsite walks to evaluate project status, identify delays or risks, and recommend corrective actions
  • You will assist in developing recovery schedules, time impact analyses, and cost and resource-loaded schedules to support forecasting
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in developing cost and resource-loaded schedules is highly valued for labor and material forecasting
  • Familiarity with time impact analysis reports and recovery schedule development is a plus
  • A background that combines field operations and project controls enhances your ability to identify risks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Project in addition to Primavera P6 is considered a strong plus
  • A proactive commitment to professional development and continuous learning is appreciated
