At Alteas Health, we're looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner to bridge Clinical Operations and Business Development throughout Ohio. This unique role combines direct patient care with clinical partnership, program implementation, provider support, and facility engagement to strengthen relationships and expand access to high-quality specialty care.

Working alongside Clinical Operations and Business Development leadership, you'll serve as a trusted clinical resource while continuing to care for patients, support new partnerships, and help drive the success of innovative clinical programs across the region.


What You'll Do

  • Serve as a clinical resource for Account Managers and facility leadership.
  • Participate in executive meetings, customer presentations, and facility discussions requiring clinical expertise.
  • Support business development initiatives by providing clinical insight throughout the sales cycle.
  • Support the operational integration of providers into assigned accounts, including account-specific workflows and regional coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with Administrators, Directors of Nursing, Medical Directors, Social Services, Therapy Departments, and other facility leaders.
  • Support implementation of PRIME, PCM, specialty services, pilot programs, and future clinical initiatives.
  • Review specialty utilization and identify opportunities to improve clinical program engagement.
  • Participate in QAPI meetings and quality improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with clinical presentations, provider education, and implementation activities.
  • Partner with the Vice President of Clinical Operations regarding provider concerns, workflow improvements, provider education, and clinical outcomes.
  • Support implementation of new operational initiatives and clinical best practices.
  • Collaborate with Clinical Operations and Business Development to strengthen facility partnerships.
  • Continue providing direct patient care within assigned facilities.
  • Support clinical coverage during extended provider absences or staffing shortages.
  • Participate in new facility implementations and support continuity of care during organizational growth.
  • Maintain documentation, coding, compliance, and productivity standards consistent with Alteas Health expectations.


What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
  • Active Ohio Nurse Practitioner license.
  • National Board Certification.
  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to travel throughout Ohio.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Skilled Nursing Facility or Post-Acute Care experience.
  • Experience supporting clinical implementation or operational initiatives.
  • Experience collaborating with facility leadership.
  • Presentation, education, or leadership experience.
