Join Eco as Plumbing Service Consultant and kick off the summer with a $2,500 sign-on bonus!

Are you a skilled plumber who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service? We’re looking for a Plumbing Service Consultant who is passionate about diagnosing and repairing residential plumbing systems while helping customers make informed, confident decisions.

Shift

  • Friday-Monday (8a-6p)

What You'll Do  

  • Follow our proven service system and educate customers on products and services.
  • Deliver top-quality workmanship using the proper tools and techniques.
  • Meet and exceed key performance goals.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
  • Build lasting customer relationships and earn referrals through outstanding service.
  • Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and a positive attitude.
  • Participate in ongoing training, team meetings, and development opportunities.
  • Mentor apprentices to promote skill growth and accuracy in every job.
  • Understand and uphold company mission, policies, and guarantees.
  • Perform hands-on work safely and effectively in a variety of climate conditions.

What You’ll Bring

  • Knowledge of local plumbing codes and how to apply them on the job.
  • Skilled in soldering, pipe threading, fixture installation, gas leak testing, and repairs.
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable using iPad-based software.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, sit, and lift for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
  • Comfortable working at various heights, climbing ladders, and using scaffolding with proper safety gear.
  • Capable of working in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind) while wearing required PPE.
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.
  • Must wear required PPE, including but not limited to: hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, masks/respirators, hi-vis safety vests, gloves, and safety-toe construction boots.
