We are growing exponentially by building a more structured, accountable operation and are looking for professionals who want consistency, strong leadership support, and the opportunity to earn based on results—not babysitting.
Rooter King Plumbers is looking for a candidate to install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial piping systems, fixtures, and appliances. The ideal candidate will diagnose leaks, clear blockages, and ensure all water, gas, and waste systems comply with OSHA codes. This physically demanding role requires mechanical skills, physical strength, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Present repair and replacement options with confidence and honesty
  • Complete work efficiently while maintaining quality standards
  • Accurately document jobs, materials, and recommendations
  • Follow company pricing, processes, and performance expectations
  • Work collaboratively with the Service Manager and office team
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance and jobsite
Qualifications

  • 3+ years of service plumbing experience
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
  • Comfortable selling service work and solutions (not pushy—professional)
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable
  • High integrity and customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening
  • Personally and professionally motivated to excel
  • Excellent time management
  • Highschool diploma
  • Physical Strength
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits

  • High earning potential for motivated performers
  • Consistent work and steady call volume
  • Clear expectations and performance metrics
  • Opportunity to grow with the company as structure expands
Why Rooter King Plumbers?

  • Leadership is committed to accountability and fairness
  • Opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals
  • Future growth opportunities as the team expands
  • We value our employees
  • We are committed to personal and professional growth of our team members
Who This Role Is NOT For

  • Plumbers who struggle with attendance or accountability
  • Those uncomfortable talking with customers about pricing and solutions
Anyone looking for a “clock-in, clock-out” mindset without ownership
