Abbott Labs is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager (Sr. PM) to lead and deliver complex initiatives within the Manufacturing Applications organization, with a primary focus on Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) platforms and capabilities. This role will own end to end delivery of PLM programs supporting engineering, manufacturing, quality, and regulatory stakeholders across Abbott’s product portfolio. The Sr. PM is accountable for planning, execution, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and successful delivery in a regulated, global manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate brings strong PLM experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive execution, while partnering closely with technical teams, business leaders, and vendors. Key Responsibilities Program & Project Leadership • Own full lifecycle delivery of PLM initiatives from initiation through deployment and post go live support • Lead multiple concurrent projects and/or large, multi workstream PLM programs • Define and manage scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, and resourcing • Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and cross team dependencies • Drive accountability across internal teams, vendors, and partners Stakeholder & Executive Communication • Serve as the primary point of contact for business and IT leadership • Facilitate steering committee meetings and executive reviews • Translate complex technical topics into clear, business focused updates • Develop and present executive ready PowerPoint content, including: o Program status o Roadmaps and timelines o Risk and mitigation plans o Decision materials Governance, Compliance & Delivery Excellence • Apply Abbott project delivery standards and governance frameworks • Ensure compliance with quality, validation, and regulatory expectations • Oversee vendor delivery and hold external partners accountable to timelines and outcomes • Promote disciplined project management practices across the program
