  • Perform daily maintenance of equipment and ensure vehicles are clean and professional in appearance.


Job description

Responsibilities
  • Work independently or with a team of 1-2 members on customer properties to install and repair irrigation systems and landscape lighting.
  • Identify opportunities for additional repairs or modifications to upsell services to clients.
  • Ensure timely completion of routes while maintaining accurate records and logs in landscape management software (LMN).
  • Perform daily maintenance of equipment and ensure vehicles are clean and professional in appearance.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding route changes or issues.
Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of professional experience in irrigation and/or lighting.
  • Backflow inspection certification is beneficial but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to identify common landscape plants, pests, and weeds.
  • Valid driving license and insurable by company insurance.
  • Availability for snow maintenance during winter months.
  • Proficiency in using LMN for time tracking.
Typical Day
  • Clean and inspect all equipment for the day.
  • Ensure that shop area is clean completed with work. 
  • Load truck with appropriate equipment for the day.
  • Make sure truck and equipment are properly fueled.
  • Receive instructions/route information for the day.
  • Manage self or team while in the field, while staying on the appropriate route. 
  • Notify supervisor of any delays, changes in route, or issues.
  • Maintain a clean, professional appearance of the equipment, vehicles, and team.
Compensation

Salary: $21-$26 per hour plus pay-period bonuses.
