Pay: $32.00 - $45.00 per hourGuardian South Inc. is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Foreman to lead field crews in the installation and service of commercial fire sprinkler systems. This is an in-person, hands-on leadership role for someone who values quality work, safety, and teamwork.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints to install prefabricated fire sprinkler piping.Work efficiently under tight deadlines.Oversee service and tenant improvement projects for existing facilities.Cut, thread, and groove pipe to specifications using tools like saws and pipe threaders.Coordinate with customers and various contractors to resolve field conflicts.Manage job scheduling and project progression efficiently and cost-effectively.Maintain high-quality standards and ensure job site safety.Provide support and guidance to other field installers and helpers.Keep updated with industry knowledge and OSHA safety standards.QualificationsFive years of experience in fire sprinkler system installation and service.MUST have a current CalFire Commercial Sprinkler Fitter license.Working knowledge of wet, dry, and pre-action systems, as well as backflow and fire pumps.Proficient in NFPA 13, 20, 24, and 25 code requirements.Competent in using trade-appropriate tools for daily pipe fitting duties and ability to read fire system design drawings.Excellent organizational, decision-making, and communication skills.Certified in backflow inspection and repair (preferred). What We OfferFull employee medical coverage.Dental and vision insurance.Paid Time Off (PTO).Competitive salary range of $32-$45 per hour, depending on experience.Schedule:Full-time / 8-hour shiftWork location:Southern California (in-person work) How to ApplyIf you are a skilled Fire Sprinkler Foreman looking to join a dynamic team, please apply with your resume and/or general background.
