As a Product Delivery Associate in Fulfillment & Archive Service, you enable the release of products and features by overcoming obstacles. As an emerging member of the team, you work across the organization and enable the product to continuously deliver value, while gaining skills and experience to grow within your role. Serve as the primary point of communication between stakeholders, team members, and clients to keep everything on track, resolve issues and risks and ensure all are working toward the same goals. 

 
Job responsibilities
  • Supports delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while highlighting opportunities to improve efficiencies
  • Contributes to change management activities across functional partners and documents adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
  • Documents blockers and impediments to aid with dependency management and resource availability
  • Collaborates with the Product Delivery Manager to engage stakeholders and cross-functional partners to manage dependencies and timelines
  • Lead and drive execution for large, complex projects, overseeing intake, dependencies, release management, operationalization, business readiness, testing, and Go Live.
  • Develop, manage, and communicate program plans, status reports, meeting notes, and maintain data integrity in project tools (JIRA, Confluence, Teams).
  • Ensure deliverables meet objectives and quality standards, adhering to all project management controls and firm requirements.
  • Manage timelines, resources, dependencies, and blockers, while building strong relationships with stakeholders and functional partners.
  • Navigate challenges, remove roadblocks, and make decisions to keep projects on track, including change management and compliance activities.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes, conduct post-implementation reviews, and facilitate lessons learned sessions.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 2+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Demonstrated experience or equivalent expertise in product management, project management, or a relevant domain area
  • Exposure to operational management and change readiness workstreams
  • Project management experience, ideally within banking or financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of delivery processes with a track record of driving continuous improvement.
  • Experience in release management, deployment processes, and platform-wide strategies.
  • Skilled in working within matrixed organizations, with strong collaboration and partnership abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership, organizational, and analytical skills, with effective communication at all levels.
  • Proficient in project management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Teams.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Emerging knowledge of product release and deployment processes 
  • Proficient knowledge of the product development lifecycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Master's Degree, PMP Certification, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) desired.
  • Strong understanding of the technical aspects of features being delivered.
  • Excellent adaptability to pivot strategies and respond to changing circumstances.
  • Experience with regulatory, compliance, and risk management in banking.
