As a Product Manager in Fulfillment and Archive Services (FAS), you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will also mentor and coach Product Analysts, building a high-performing product team.

 
Job responsibilities
  • Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers
  • Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
  • Owns, maintains, and develops a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition
  • Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

  • Operate effectively in a data-intensive environment with large archival and historical datasets.
  • Understand backend processing flows and connect data across systems to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and improve product decisions.
  • Communicate complex technical and analytical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders and senior leaders.
  • Translate business needs into clear user stories, technical requirements, and prioritized backlog decisions for engineering and data teams.

  • Partner closely with engineering, architecture, operations, controls, and compliance teams to deliver scalable, resilient, and stable solutions.
  • Use product, operational, and data insights to inform roadmap trade-offs and continuous improvement decisions.

  • Mentor and coach Product Analysts on product management best practices, including problem framing, solution design, prioritization, adoption strategy, and delivery excellence.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • Demonstrated ability to translate analytical and technical work into clear, actionable requirements for engineering and data teams.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong prioritization, decision-making, and execution capabilities in cross-functional environments.
  • Experience working with large data sets and backend process dependencies in enterprise platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior product talent, including Product Analysts.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or similar familiarity with AWS or other Cloud platforms

  • Strong command of product performance metrics, value measurement, and outcome-based roadmap management.
