Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and schedule daily and ad hoc social media content for supported social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule email marketing content three times per week and for ad hoc campaigns.
  • Write copy for social posts, emails, SMS, in-store PA announcements, signage, and marketing materials.
  • Support SMS messaging to align with email, social, and promotional campaigns.
  • Develop evergreen and event-specific in-store PA messaging.
  • Coordinate product pulls and digital product submissions with merchant teams.
  • Develop basic art and creative assets to support campaigns as needed.
  • Support retail marketing campaigns, including signage, displays, promotional materials, and digital content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital, print, and in-store customer touchpoints.
  • Provide weekly social media and email reporting, insights, and recommendations.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, social media, email marketing, or a related role.
  • Strong copywriting, editing, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing and customer engagement.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy across all marketing materials.
  • Proficiency with social media platforms, email marketing tools, content management systems, and basic analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and with external partners.
  • Ability to travel to local store locations as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Retail, off-price retail, or consumer goods marketing experience.
  • Familiarity with shopper marketing and point-of-sale strategies.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, email marketing systems, social media scheduling tools, Iterable, and Google Analytics.
  • Basic graphic design experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
  • Experience analyzing campaign performance and making recommendations based on results.
