You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
  • Creating and producing a wide range of brand content across channels and formats, including editorial, web, social, video, and foundational brand content.
  • Translating creative briefs and business objectives into clear, audience-focused, on-brand content that supports communication goals.
  • Producing multiple content iterations while incorporating feedback and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Upholding brand voice, tone, editorial standards, and content accuracy across all deliverables.
  • Collaborating with creative, digital, marketing communications, and communications operations partners to deliver content aligned to strategy and deadlines.
  • Managing workload priorities across multiple concurrent projects while leveraging technology, including AI, to enhance content development and workflow efficiency.
  • Building modular, reusable content assets optimized for discoverability, accessibility, audience engagement, and performance across channels.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in content creation, copywriting, editorial, brand communications, or marketing communications.
  • Demonstrated experience writing across a variety of content types and formats, including short-form and long-form content.
  • Proven ability to produce high-quality content in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Ability to effectively receive feedback, adapt content, and collaborate with creative, digital, and marketing partners.
  • Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and a continuous learning mindset.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Experience creating content across multiple mediums, including web, social, video, promotional, and editorial content.
  • Ability to identify, develop, and tell compelling stories that align with brand and audience needs.
  • Knowledge of structured and modular content strategies, including content designed for SEO, AI discoverability, and reuse across channels.
  • Familiarity with content management systems, collaboration platforms, and content performance analytics.
  • Experience working within brand communications, corporate communications, or B2B marketing environments.
