Urgent Role
 
Performance / Load Testing Engineer

Location:  Columbus, OH – Polaris

Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite
Engagement: 6months Contract with Right-to-Hire (RTH)

Interview Process: 2 rounds – Zoom initially; in-person preferred.

Performance / Load Testing Engineer 
Position Overview
 
We are seeking a hands-on Performance Testing Engineer with experience designing, developing, and executing application performance and load tests. The candidate should be comfortable creating performance scenarios, analyzing application behavior under load, and identifying performance bottlenecks.
 
Required Skills
  • Strong experience in Performance Testing
  • Load Testing
  • Concurrency Testing
  • Experience building performance test scenarios and scripts
  • Experience analyzing application performance under load
  • Ability to identify performance bottlenecks and issues
  • JMeter
  • LoadRunner or comparable performance testing tools
