Job Description
The Role
This role sits within the Work & Rewards business and focuses on understanding customer needs and pain points to demonstrate the value and benefits of our advisory products and solutions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between our clients, advisory consultants, and internal product teams. It plays a critical role in the sales process by delivering compelling, customized product demonstrations and translating complex technical capabilities into clear business value that meets customer- specific requirements.
The Responsibilities
  • Solution Design & Communication
  • Translate complex compensation and HR technology capabilities into clear, compelling business value propositions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design and present solutions that meet client requirements and strategic goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a liaison between clients, advisory consultants, product development/ enhancement/ management, and technology teams to ensure alignment and momentum in the sales process.
  • Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and roadmap decisions.
  • Enablement & Thought Leadership
  • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
  • Contribute to the development of sales tools, demo environments, and technical collateral.
  • Pre-Sales Support & Technical Discovery
  • Partner closely with advisory consultants to qualify opportunities and understand client needs.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions to uncover client pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.
  • Product Demonstrations & Sales
  • Deliver tailored, high-impact product demonstrations that clearly connect technical features to business outcomes.
  • Guide prospects through technical evaluations and proof-of-concept phases, ensuring a smooth and value-driven experience.
  • Support contracting and product set-up activities.

Qualifications
Domain Expertise
  • Proven experience in a Solutions Engineering, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting role, ideally within enterprise software or compensation/ HR tech.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS platforms and enterprise architecture.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Familiarity with compensation management, HRMS, or related enterprise systems.
  • Experience working with sales enablement platforms or tools.
  • Technical proficiency in APIs, integrations, and data flows is a plus

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors, including but not limited to location of the role, individual competencies, education/professional certifications, qualifications/experience, performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $130,000-$170,000 USD per year.
This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
