    • Maintain accurate and detailed logs of installed work to support cost control, earned value analysis, and verification of reporting and billing.
    • Identify and document any variances in reported quantities to ensure accountability and alignment with project objectives.
    • Work closely with field supervision, project controls, and construction teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting of progress.
    • Champion safety in the field by adhering to and promoting Worley's safety regulations, standards, and culture of care.

    • Extensive hands-on construction experience, ideally gained as a foreman, project controls specialist, or in a similar leadership capacity within the field.
    • Strong technical expertise in validating installed quantities across multiple disciplines, including structural steel, concrete, piping, and electrical systems.
    • Solid understanding of cost control, progress measurement, and earned value principles.
    • Proficiency with systems, tools, and processes used for construction data tracking and reporting, with the ability to troubleshoot and support others.
