Description
The Walmart Replenishment Insights Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of Supply Chain and Inventory for our clients. This role utilizes multiple data sources and works at a granular level to create inventory efficiencies for our client and retail partners. This role also plays a key role in the day-to-day execution of our client’s Walmart/Sam’s Club business.
Our approach to client service is grounded in our values. To deliver exceptional excellence for our clients with Walmart, we do require that this role is based in Rogers, AR. If you are applying but do not currently reside in Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation will not be covered by Harvest Group.

Responsibilities
  • Works directly with clients amp; retailer(s) to manage in-stock levels, Store/DC inventory, forecasts, MABD/Fill Rate compliance
  • Educates clients, peers, and other business partners on replenishment expectations and best practices
  • Proactive planning and analysis to drive business from a replenishment perspective. Additional responsibilities include seasonal analysis, demand planning, policy recommendations, order recommendations, and forecast recommendations.
  • Responsible for providing weekly reporting as well as identifying concerns with root cause analysis recommendations for correcting replenishment concerns.
  • Responsible for assisting with ad hoc requests and projects such as client form completion/compliance, new item setup, lead time audits, meeting preparations.
  • This position will assist in the development of tools and processes to meet changing business needs within the industry.
  • Takes a proactive approach to inventory management for changes in modular items including adds, deletes and store count changes.
  • Actively participates in weekly calls
  • Contributes to 30-60-90 planning meetings, modular updates and event support
  • Plays a key role in the preparation of major meetings such as Line Reviews and Client Strategy meetings
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in Order Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Replenishment for Walmart or Sam’s Club
  • Must have Direct Imports experience
  • Strong written communication and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service orientation; Ability to ensure a high level of service and quality is maintained
  • Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
  • Understands the basics of negotiation to include common tactics and responses
  • Willingness to travel
