What You'll Do as a Fleet Operations Manager:Leadership & Team Development
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and daily support to dispatchers, drivers, office personnel, and operational teams
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulations
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve service efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Support strategic initiatives designed to enhance productivity and service quality
Customer & Community Relations
  • Champion a culture focused on outstanding customer service
  • Assist in resolving escalated customer concerns and operational issues
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with passengers, drivers, and community partners

  • Represent zTrip professionally within the local community and transportation industry
Performance & Business Improvement
  • Review operational reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Assist with workforce planning, forecasting, reporting, and operational projects

Qualifications of a Fleet Operations Manager:
  • Previous leadership experience in transportation, logistics, operations, fleet management, customer service, or a related field preferred
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team-development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
