Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Manufacturing Engineer IV to join their dynamic team. As a Manufacturing Engineer IV, you will be an integral part of the Manufacturing Engineering department, supporting innovative processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
- Generate and maintain CNC programs utilizing NX-CAM or other software, including multi-axis milling, turning, grinding, and EDM processes.
- Program 3, 4, or 5-axis machines such as VMC, VBM, VTL, HBM, HMC, and EDM (wire, sinker, fast hole).
- Verify new CNC programs prior to release on the shop floor using Vericut to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Work with high-level machine tool controls including sub-routine (macro), Renishaw probing routines, and variable-based programming, as well as CLM (closed loop machining).
- Provide CNC-related support to Manufacturing Engineers and offer operator, programmer, and ME training as needed.
What's Needed?
- Experience machining high-temperature superalloys used in HDGT or Aerospace components.
- Proficiency with high-level machine controls such as Siemens, Fanuc, Okuma, and Haas.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot CNC programming issues effectively.
- Excellent shop math skills, particularly in geometry and trigonometry.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
